This
is a Web site for a pediatrician. New
patients can download all the initial
office visit forms (in Adobe PDF format)
and e-mail them or FAX them before they
arrive, moreover, they can meet the
staff and get acquainted with the doctors.
The staff wanted to use a rustic Windmill
and their three-doll logo in the design,
so we used them in creating their rollover
buttons. |
